No help for the 4-runner but I used the blanks on my Maxima and they are great! Nissan wanted $90 per rotor and they are notorious for warping and giving you that wonderful "brake shake". I bought the Brembos through a dealer and paid $50 each and never had a wrapping issue in the year and a half that I had them on. I drove that car VERY hard! I would call them and ask about the 4-Runner application...another plus, they have/had great customer service.

Yeah, I am a huge fan of the Brembo blanks, I've used them in all my sport car applications for the last 10 years!

After doing some more digging on the Brembo site I can up with what i think are OEM replacemt rotors made by Brembo (which I assume are the blanks) the front # is 25858 (for the 17inch wheel) and 25676 ( i think this is for the rear rotor..not 100% sure though)

Can anyone confirm this?
 
Well I checked out tire rack, and sure enough, they only sell the brembos for the rears.

I tried calling Bremebo on their 1800 number, but you could only leave a message, so i sent them an e-mail from their website to see if they even make a front blank rotor for the 2004 with 17inch wheels.

the funny thing is i went to one of the websites i bought blanks from like 4 years ago, and they had the blanks listed for the truck. This has been the ONLY site that looks like they carry it for the fronts, and the brembo number matches what i origianlly posted of 25858

Ok, I just got off the phone with Brembo...and YES they do make Blanks for 2004 4Runners with 17 or 16 inch wheels.

The part number for the 17 inch wheels fronts are 25858

Now I just have to find a vendor that cares them at a reasonable price! the cheapest i found them for are $99 a rotor

Did you happen to get a part number for the 16" fronts?
