how in the world do you install this thing with all the crazy parts?
i got pissy after 15 mins of fussing with it:bash: and put it all back in the box. my durango had 4 bolts to install that was it.
this thing is like a puzzle and the directions just suck you cant read a thing and the pics are just as bad

how much should i be looking at to have a dealer install it for me?
im in the chicago area. but ill be having naperville toyota install it

Bug shields aren't rocket science man. Dealer shouldn't charge you more than 1hr.

It should take no more than 45 minutes and 3 beers to do it yourself.

Don't give up too easily.

well i took it to the dealer close to my work.. the dealer is naperville toyota and they are a nice dealer to work with
they only charged my .5 of a hour which came out to be 54.00
and was done with in 2 hours of dropping it off
the tech told me he now knows what was taking me so long
there should of been 4 of the same clips and 1 of them were made upside down so i would of never gotten it in..
good thing for me he had extras in his box

lol...you're not the only one here that found those directions to be completely uninterpretable and useless.

i took mine to my dealer for $50. For me, it was all a waste of money, 150 bucks down the drain, as i just took it off a few days ago (i like the look without it), but oh well
