Build Thread

Dang. Its been 5 years since I posted on my build thread. Probably has something to do with my oldest being almost 6 and an 18 month old as well.

Started a business and traveling 10-12 days out of the month for work to push the business.

Anyway, enough catching up. Just wanted to let everyone know this rig is now for sale. A full write up is over in the classifieds. Thought I would post it here incase some of you dont visit that section too often. It's far down the road to being a badass rig IMO but also has room for someone to put their own touch on things.

Thanks for following my journey. Holler if you have any questions.

Back in the game

So I told my 4Runner in 2019 and bought a 1979 TransAm and LS swapped it. And it dynos around 480 hp and 500 trq. Drives like a bat outta hell.

Moved to west Texas in 2023 and bout some land. Was shopping Polaris and CanAm’s to run around on my property with and had a hard time justifying 15-30k on one of those machines so I resorted to some cheap 4x4 passenger vehicle.

I was looking for old Ford Rangers, Jeep Cherokee, Dodge Dakota, etc because I wanted to spend less than $5k. No way I could get a Toyota under $5 grand these days.

Scoured CL one night just searching 4x4 under $5k and a 2001 SR5 4Runner showed up 2 hours north of me for $4500. I rented a trailer and went to pay cash the next day!

I’m tickled to death.

The first mod was teaching my 10 year old how to drive!

Welcome back! I guess it's like they say, once you've got a 4runner, that's all you'll ever have haha
