Building new suspension

I have a 2000 4runner SR5 2WD and am currently trying to upgrade the suspension all around.

I'm unsure of what to build specifically but i've been looking at toytec and ICON.

I've also been looking at Bilstein with OME kits.

I do want around a 2.5'in lift, I don't really want to have to do the panhard correction but if its really necessarily I will. I mostly off road on washboard rarely any rock climbing. This is my daily and would like something comfortable for a daily and washboard and slight jumps.

Anything else I would need to get? New lowerballs joints? Panhard correction? Or UCA'S?

LBJ's should be a priority if you dont know their age/miles/brand
as far as everything else ...I dont know when it comes to lifting 2WD

Lower ball joints are an absolute must, especially if you're gonna be sending it. The icon setup is really sweet and rides smooth. I personally went the King extended travel route with SPC arms for the adjustment. You'd also want to consider either uniball or SPC super control arms to correct any alignment issues. The panhard bar correction kit is awesome, it allows you to maintain the stock geometry while having the benefits of a lift.

Could I run ICON extended travel with just the SPC arms? Also how hard is it to do the panhard correction?

Yes you can, it's actually recommended to either use total chaos UCAs or the SPCs. The panhard bar isn't too bad, there's a lot of threads about how to install them.
