Got the end caps, rolled tubes and main brackets from Paul at defiant products, came home and designed my new light bar. Main structure is 3/8 structural 3 x 6 angle, it is bolted to the frame with 6 grade 8 bolts. Anyway, was going for something clean and simple, yet strong and effective. I have 4 baja designs 8" hids, but those are going on something else, still deciding if i want a ridgid led bar, or just go with a few Hella 4000's.
