Bumper Needing a new or fairly used & arm rest

Previous owner didn't take care of the car & anyone know where i can cheap parts because i looking to replace my arm rest became loose and the i'll post pics tomorrow or you can see an overview of my bumper

you can clearly see the wheel from that angle like a piece broke off
