Bumper turn signal as a parking light

Has anyone ever done this? I've seen it on other cars (ie: 97' Accords) and I know i've read a thread on it for our 4Runners.

What I am trying to do is integrate the (2) lights we have up front. I want my bumper turn signal to remain on at all times (like a DRL - I have clear ones so it would actually look like a fog light or white driving light) - but when used as a turn signal, that light as well as the corner light would alternately flash and would ultimately look like dancing lights up and down as they flash.

Does anyone understand what I am talking about?

Well, there is definitely a way and I will be sure to post once I get it. So far I found out that it entails using an in-line capacitor to split the current, allowing you to have full use of the lights.

this is not exactly what you want, but it is similar. I want to make my corners into my blinkers. i will be watching to see if you come up with anything.
