Burger Tray Mod

I got this idea from someone here that is no longer a member I think.

Materials needed:

(1) Dry erase board 9x12.
(1) Tape measure
(1) Pencil
(1) single hole puncher
(1) Ruler
(1) scissor
(1-2) package of adhesive mounting squares

Basically, I took a small dry erase board, I think it was 9x12, and peeled off the dry erase sheet from the wooden backing. I then then cut out a rectangle piece to custom cut to the burger tray shape. For the angles, I just starting cutting the corners of the rectangle piece until it fit perfectly. Of course I measured the dimensions first. I then peeled 1 side of all the adhesive moutning squares(pic)
and layed them down on the tray. I suppose you can use double sided adhesive tape also. I then made sure the squares were securely stuck to the tray and peeled off the top layer of adhesive backing. I did not custom cut the squares to fit the entire tray. I figure because the scews were there so I would not write there anyway. I kinda measured where the screws would be on the dry erase sheet, but I was off and just made adjustments accordingly with the hole puncher.

Then lay the dry erase sheet on the tray and add pressure to the top to secure the sheet to the adhesive backing and your done.

mounting squares

I had to use about 6 I think. There are 4 smaller squares that make up this bigger one. You can remove them easily as they are perforated.
