Busted cv questions.

Well, I broke my drivers side cv today, and will be fixing it this week. I have a couple questions though. I have looked through several threads and am wondering if it would be better to get a napa cv (either rebuilt or new) or get one out of a wrecking yard, or if you have another suggestion that would be great. I also need to know what kind of grease I need to use. The outer part of the cv seemed to have a different grease than the inner joint.

Thanks in advance.

Napa new for the time being while you find a shop to rebuild the old one.

Or you may just wheel the Napa one for years to come.

make sure you have the tools needed, keep them in the runner with..
buy a spare axle, you'll be able to change it on the trail.

its not that much fun, but a hell of a lot better than having to go home early.
