Buying used coil springs?

Someone I know is selling used Toytec superflex coils. I want them, but I don't know how many miles they have on them yet.

How old is too old for used springs?

What year is the truck he drives? ToyTec springs are made by Eibach which are very good springs. Unless you think he's got 150-200K miles on them, I wouldn't be worried. How much is he asking? That also plays a big part in your decision. Are you trying to piece together a lift?

unless your friend carried a substantial amount of weight over that 10k then they might have a bit of premature wear
