If I don't get the Rotopax bracket during the presale and decide to order it later, will it still come powder coated or will I have to pay an additional charge for that as well when I do order? Does the bracket come in raw aluminum?

I would like to order the ladder powder coated. Thanks for any help!

What's the furthest inboard the ladder could be mounted? I have a roof top tent with a rear door, wondering if the ladder would center enough to use it to get into the tent?

Not sure you’ll get it by then. I ordered mine last week, the day it released online and I just got an email today saying est. Sep 27 + 2 weeks for powdercoat. Just FYI.

I ordered one yesterday and I got an email today saying it will be done October 2nd plus 2 week’s for powder coating.

The RotoPax bracket is made from steel, the bracket will be $10.00 for powder coat if you order it by itself and another $7.00 for shipping. We do not have the roto bracket listed by itself at the moment but we will add it to the website soon so it can be ordered by itself.

Its going to be close, but I kind of doubt you will get it by then. It all depends on how quickly the laser company can make the parts for us.

The ladder can only be mounted in the location shown in the photos. It is designed to fit the curve of the hatch in that position only.

I got my FedEx tracking number this week and scheduled to arrive Tuesday. I did order it raw so if yours is powder coated expect another week or two before it ships. I emailed Kylie a few times prior and she said they were some minor delays from their laser cutter.

raw ladders were packaged and ready for shipping this week according to one of their instagram stories. I ordered mine powder coated so another 2 weeks hopefully.

I called to check yesterday, didn’t know they’re closed Friday, as I got an email from fedex about not being able to deliver a package and needing me to update my address. Hopefully if mine shipped it’s not on it’s way back. I did order mine powder coated though and from what is being said by others, it shouldn’t have shipped yet.

Hey everyone, here is a current update:
We did ship out orders for non-powder coated ladders last week. There weren't very many of them, so everyone that ordered one without powder coat should have theirs early this week.
All of the parts for the remaining orders are currently at the powder coat shop. They told us the parts will be done in 2-3 days so we should be able to pick them up and have our shelves stocked by the end of the week.
If we have time this week we will ship some of the orders out, but the plan for sure is to be packaging and shipping most orders beginning of next week.
Sorry for the delays everyone, but they are in the final stages and you will have them soon!

Quick review: Box and packaging were perfect. First impression of fit and finish, excellent. Quick and straight forward to put together, not a single issue and there were plenty of chances for something to not align, cross thread, etc but nope, perfect. Super easy to mount up on the truck, didn't actually take two people as instruction say. On to the pics... out with the old, in with the new. Will update as steps, rotopax and lights go on it.
