C4 Fab 4Runner Ladder Prototype

Curious here [MENTION=131444]C4 Fabrication[/MENTION]...I know everyone puts them on the left side of their Runners, but could this be mounted and mirrored on the right side of the rear hatch? Not a huge deal if it can't - would like to avoid blocking my backup camera and do something a little different.

Either way, it's going on my truck as soon as it shows up. Love making my friends jealous :infidel:

It can not be mounted on passenger side. I was looking for a passenger side Ofer and reached out to them about it.

Kind of a bummer (only because of the camera) but I didn't have a vehicle with a backup cam until 2018 and still usually prefer looking over my shoulder. Only time it's tough is at night...my tint is heavy in back so the camera helps.

I can live with the trade off.

We just ran out of stock of the ladders but we are having more parts shipped out the end of the week and than off to the powder coaters. So as soon as we get them back we will have them packaged and shipped asap!

So the Rotopax bracket, that's cool. It looks like a couple of people mounted the Rotopax on the side of the ladder rather than in the middle. I assume that is not using the optional Rotopax bracket as some of the earlier pics had the Rotopax covering up the bottom part of the ladder. And is that why there is an option of a side step so you can still climb it with the Rotopax still on?

Will definitely be ordering one. Looks awesome and very functional.

the c4 rotopax bracket can be mounted on either the steps or the side of the ladder.
i prefer mine in the center but you can do it either way

i only got the side attached steps because in boots, its a little easier to stand on
