Anyone put rubber washers or silicone grease for the torx screws for the step plates? Or not necessary?

Powder Coating

Anyone know what I would expect to pay for powder coating the sliders. I received one quote and it was for $275. This seems a little high. Any recomendations for powder coating in the Charlotte area.

I actually think that is a low price. Have you had things powder coated before? I just paid $375 to have my C4 sliders powder coated and I have had things powder coated before. Based on that it would seem that $275 is quite low then again prices vary based on shop, item to be coated and region.

Yes freight gets expensive sometimes, we understand if you cant justify that much.

Havnt heard of anyone doing this. Were you thinking of using the grease to keep the threads somewhat sealed?

Our local guy typically charges about 225.00 to sandblast and single coat a set of our sliders.

Just a question for you guys. Any plans on expanding in to the 4th gen market at all? I've seen your sliders and bumpers on a bunch of rigs, both in person and online and I think they look freakin awesome. Really well designed. Any love for a 4th-genner in the future?? :cry2:
