What is the lead time on a gas tank skid and what kind of prep work would be required for spraypaint? Do they come oiled?

We have parts for those in stock right now, so lead time would be about 2 weeks. They do not come oiled, prep for paint would basically be to scuff it up and wipe it off with paint thinner or de-greaser then it would be ready to go.Since you're here and won't mind a free bump to the top
