awesome! Mine was a few months ago and was for 20x10 on my old GMC so it could have just been the size. I cant wait to get the 17s soon for the 4Runner.

Oh okay, well, that still stinks you had to wait so long :/.
Well, you'll have to start a build/modification thread so I can keep track of what your doing! I don't always catch everything in the threads. Do you have a rim style in mind?

Grrrr...should have been tomorrow at the latest, but now I have now clue, I really, really should have just cancelled my order on Friday. After being promised Friday that they'd be shipped no later than Monday, I was told today that they just came in. Then was told around 1pm that they would be shipped today for sure. Called around 4pm to check, got someone else who said oh, looks like they'll be going out tomorrow. I asked if she was serious, and told her what has happened so far and that I wanted to cancel my order. She put me on hold and called the manager/supervisor of the factory (customer service is in Ohio, factory in CA). She told me the supervisor was going to make sure it went out today with the last fedex pick-up. I called again 15mins ago, got the same lady, she said going by the computer its just waiting to be picked up now.... but it's 5:30pm here now, pretty sure Fedex is done with pick-ups by this point usually. Grrr, sorry I wrote a book, I'm just really frustrated with this company! :rant:
P.S. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting if I had to, but my stepdad is driving down Friday morning from two hours away to help my hubs with the lift. We plan to get the tires on at the same time, because I'm giving him my old ones, but that won't work without the rims.

How frustrating! Ugh! Makes me so mad when a company says they'll do something and they don't follow through.

Very frustrating! Ugh. But somehow they came through tonight. I checked the status of the rims on their website after 8pm and it said shipped! I am keeping my fingers crossed they get here within the next two days.
Oh ya! The spoiler is awesome, I cannot believe it was only a $100 bucks, it's really nice. Thank you again for the idea and help with it! :wink2: It looks fairly simple to install too, thank goodness.

Hold on to your britches boys, yes, yes they are pink! Just wanted to do something a little different, without going overboard. I saw somewhere where someone had painted their's red the other day and liked the idea. Doubt it will last long anyway, but I'll enjoy 'em while they do!
Only done one so far, took an hour! My hand freakin' hurts! lol

I can't think of the name of it, but it is a painting pen I got in the craft section at Wallie World, I'll get a pic of it up in a bit. Worked really well, just don't know how long it will hold. I was thinking about putting some clear nail polish over the letters, I donno, I'll figure something out.

Thank you Terri! That makes me feel a little more confident about the silly things I do, I'm glad there are a few who like them! I can't wait to see it all put togethet too, I layed in bed all last night trying to imagine it, but it should be done tomorrow! Oh and i got a second tire done last night, they look really nice side by side.

That really is unique. Can't wait to see it all together as well.
I might not use the nail polish. I am not familiar with it, but am thinking it probably wouldn't flex very well. If you using anything to cover it it will need to be able to flex with the rest of the tire. If it doesn't flex it will either crack or just pop off. Looks really cool though. When you take them to be mounted make sure the tire guys don't try to scrub it off.....lol. The place that mounted my tires scrubbed off all the blue on the letters after they mounted them, as a courtesy. I could see some guy back there trying to scrub off all your hard work....lol

Oh yes, good call about the nail polish, didn't even think about that. Hmm, I'll keep thinking of some sort of clear coat.
Well, hopefully it will be my stepdad and hubby installing the tires. We're using the auto hobby shop on base and they have the machine that puts wheels on tires and a tire balancer. I'm hopping the only thing we won't be able to do is the alignment. Thank you for the heads up though! Ugh, that blue stuff is a pain to take off, part of what took so long to work on them.

Ya! Suppose to be here today, they were in Oakland yesterday, which is only 50 mins away, so they shouldn't have a problem getting here on time. I'm excited to see them!

Doesn't that drive you crazy when you know they are so close! You almost want to drive down there to get them.
I remember when mine were on their way (they were shipped from CA), they landed themselves in MO. That's only about a 3 hour drive. They were so close I could almost smell them! What an exciting time. I'm so excited for you
