Cam bolt kit questions

So I got a guy to align my front end. Long story short he said my front end is a wreck. But hey it's my runner and i love it. So here's my dilemma, He said my right lower cam kit bolt is froze in place. Thus meaning it needs to be replaced. Since my mechanic and i are having such problems acquiring the parts from Toyota I've given up on it. I also need two lower ball joints and two cv axles. Here's my question.... Can i replace the joints and axles without the cam bolt getting in the way? Is the cam bolt something that needs my attention? or is it no big big deal? Any other info would be greatly appreciated!!!

The cam bolt is really just for alignments, they seize quite often. If they have your alignment where it needs to be then you should be good to go until the next alignment. You should have no trouble with it doing ball joints and CV's.

With several applications of penetrating oil and maybe a little heat, you can probably free up the bolt.

So could the cam bolt mess up my tires? Or am i good the way i am. The mechanic said i'm good on my alignment.
