Nice Cooler !

I have the same IGLOO and for my money its the best ever, wheels, great insulation good size for the T4R. Here in Texas there is lots of dumb money chasing the multi-hundred dollar, too heavy to carry cooler market...I just dont get it ! You can buy a few tons of ice for $350

I like the U bolt idea but suggest going with square/rectangular shape U bolts vs circular U bolts. That may help with the rotational forces that an overhanging load typically encounters while traversing rougher terrains.

I personally wanted to go with rectangular U bolts as well but my local hardware store did not have them. You are correct, they would work better and be a little more secure.
