Camshaft seals? Crankshaft seals?

I plan to replace the timing belts, water pump, upper and lower radiator hoses and tensioners on my 2006 4.7L with 120,000 miles. Do I need to also change the crankshaft and camshaft seals? I'm looking for opinions regarding the above and anything else I should replace while everything is apart.

i just had my TB done about a month ago. none of mine were leaking so i didnt replace them

I replaced mine when I changed the TB. The way I look at it is: If I am going to take all of that stuff apart, I am going to go ahead and replace everything in there. The seals aren't hard to do and aren't that expensive. Why not go ahead and do it? It is good preventative maintenance.
