Can I remove front side windows without removing weatherstrip?

Hi Guys

96 3rd Gen - can I safely remove the glass from the front windows (I have the door cards off) without pulling out the rubber weatherstrip in the door which seals around the edges of the glass?

Yes, you can. Unbolt the two 10 mm bolts that holds the glass to the window mechanism. Lower the glass into the door and lift the glass from the rear end (closer to the door latch)and remove. Installation is the exact opposite.

As Nissanh said, yes you can pull it out without removing the trim: I pulled the trim which made it mildly easier (and I was able to clean the hell out of it)
