Can I Replace an Inverters Remote with a Toggle?

I want to put the on/off for my new inverter in one of the empty switch spots. The one provided is too big and cumbersome. I saw a write up where a buy replaced the hard switch with a toggle. Is there a way to do that with the cable provided. That way I don't have to open the unit up...

There looks to be 4 colors in an old phone looking type. Im sure only one is active.

Any ideas how to make this happen? Thanks for the help!

Does this help? Im curiosity got the better of me. Looks like one is for the light and the other three are for the button... any ideas?

Man, I don't understand why it has such a large box around this little board!
