Can I use 16 X 9 wheels for 265 75 16 tires?

Just found out a set of 16 wheels on ebay with 9 inch width. I have 265 mm (10.43 inch) width tires mounted to stock 4runner wheels 16 with 7 inches.

Can I use these wheels with my 265 tires? Any + and - effects?

267/75/16 tires can run on rim widths of 7"-9"

Not sure which exact tire you are running but look the tire up on Tirerack under your size, click on specs. It will show you the rim sizes it can run on.

Looks like the 6x5.5 lug spacing is correct, but they don't mention backspacing. If the backspacing isn't correct, they wont fit.
