Can someone go look at this one for me?

Hey if you want to pay an extra 5-8k for immediate gratification, then by all means, go for it!

Just wait for one priced in the lower 20's to pop up. It could be the day after you buy that largely inflated one...

Hey Im about 20 minutes from there, if you're still interested I might be willing to take a look, pictures, test drive. PM me.

Tlowe, will do! PM sent.

I don't intend on spending anymore than 23k on this one so we will see what comes of it. I'm not going for instant gratification. I'm going for a good deal but just because it's listed high doesn't mean it won't go for much less. We shall see.

"Sorry. Being his first post on here and asking someone to go look at a vehicle for him seemed a little odd to me..."

Hi Tisoy,

my position has ALWAYS been that particularly because he's a new member here, he gets treated with maximum dignity and respect. New visitors don't understand my sarcasm or when someone is only playing around with them!

So I try to help walk them through the 'New-kid-on-the-block' phase; kinda like when you were new in elementary school and didn't know many people you may have felt obscured or somewhat timid at first until you start to make few acquaintances or friends... but that's just me; I realize that we're all different here! ...No judgement here bro, just sayin' 'Best to you dude',

If a dealer is asking 28k for a 4runner, you will almost definitely NOT get them down much. The 4Runner hold their values so well and usually they don't sit too long. I'll keep my eyes peeled for ya.

Don't forget tax, title, dealer fees. Those can add 2k to the price real quick. So if you shoot for a vehicle around 22-23k, you'll end up at 25k+ when it's said and done.

I agree that typically it's hard to get them down that much but that's where it being for sale for close to 100 days at two separate dealers gives me the leg up. I have been watching the Manheim auction results and at auction, the average sale price for a 2010 limited with 62k miles is around $21500, so if they take it to auction, which they generally do after 50 days, they can reasonably expect to get that much, and then have to pay fees on top of it.

I think she's a goner and is sold so it's moot, but we will see. Thanks for keeping an eye out yoderguy. I appreciate it.

I was working with CB for awhile. They are good people there, just don't have any on the lot. They know what I am looking for and are trying to find me one.
