Can someone post up the link to modifying the fender liners?

I know i saw it somewhere but i'm having trouble finding it. I tried searching and i'm having no success.

I'm rubbing on the inside of the front passenger side with 265/70/17 Terra Grapplers w spidertrax and a daystar 2.5/1.5
