Can you fit 285/75/16s on stock suspension?

Here's a 2.5 in lift runnin 265/75/16. I want 285's, but I just bought the tires in Dec. If I can find a seller @ a decent price, I'd totally do it and go for the 285's. But for the record, I'm very happy with the turnout and the look. Not to mention the clearance.

My 265/75 don't rub at all but there's no way the 285s would fit under mine w/o rubbing and I have the taller '99 coils.
