Can you guess the bumper?

Hey guys, I was able to get this bumper from a 2000 4runner in the junkyard last week. I held it up and it seemed to have come off it, I even looked at the frame rails and they were cut to accept the aftermarket bumper. I ended up buying it for $100 BUT I did not see the brackets. Super strange

Does anyone know what bumper this is so I can hopefully call the manufacture and get the brackets? I want to mount it soon!

Looks like ARB. PT#3423040

if you look it up on their site it might come up as a tacoma bumper. but same-same.

but you could probably send them the picture and they will tell you really quick.

Looks a whole lot like an arb minus the obvious logo and some bulges towards the center it. Anyone agree?

That being said I can't say that is the case though

It may be ARB...but I did not see it stamped anywhere. The wrecked 4runner I got it off did have ARB diff breathers.

It's the older model of the Tacoma ARB mentioned above

You are missing the crush cans to mount it unless you snagged them off the donor vehicle. If not, they are about $200 each retail and an ARB dealer "should" be able to get them. Y0u will need to call ARB to get the correct part numbers.

You will also need turn signals, and the ARB ones aren't much to write home about. [MENTION=102606]infamousRNR[/MENTION]has a line on some LED ones, hit him up.

As far as installing it goes, there are plenty of write ups and even a PDF guide that I followed to mount mine.

That's definitely an ARB tacoma bumper (which we all use for our 3rd gen 4runners)

The front turn signal uses the same parts as VW MK1 Jetta/Golf

I actually have the turn signals! I just took them out BC I was going to repaint it.
Thank you for all the help. Luckily I live in Jacksonville and ARB has a small distribution center here. Hopefully they can help me out! I called a couple of ARB dealers and they all did not know if they could get the brackets.

The junkyard probably paid $50-$100 for the truck. There’s no money in scrapping vehicles. Dude was probably excited to make his money back. A friend of mine took in a mid-90s f250 and got $100. That’s why I love scrapyards I can get some good deals.

Dude, you gave up quick lol

Call ARB themselves, tell them what you are looking for, they can totally help you. Then call the 4 Wheel Parts store nearest you, or go in and talk to the parts department manager or general manager. They will likely need to call ARB themselves, add the parts to their system (there's one for left and one for right) and then order them. It will take a few to several weeks to get them. ARB sells them for about $100 each, but stores will sell them for $200 each. Life isn't always fair, ask me how I know.

Optionally, can you get the cans off the donor vehicle at the yard?

It looks like an ARB , but there are also Chinese clones out there now . Either way, it’s worth probably $500 give it take so you got a hell of a deal.

Yeah, I got the breathers and rear springs off of it too! (It had a lift kit on it but the rears looked like Land Cruiser 80 springs.

The crush cans are the weakest link of the ARB bumper design, and for good reason, but the fact they are so hard to get is ridiculous.
