Can you tell me what this noise is (video)

I finally got a decent video of the interior of my 94 3.0. I have been reading the forum for weeks and I'm pretty sure the noise Im hearing is the injectors, but I would greatly appreciate it some of you more experienced guys would take a listen and tell me what you think.

I could barely hear... were you referring to the slight unmetronomical ticking?

Yes, the ticking is what I was referring to. Its extremely loud when I view it on my phone, but the compression to get it to google drive seems to have killed the sound.

I was expecting it to be the constant ticking I hear on mine, which I think I've heard is lifter tick. But it's consistent, seeming to only vary on rpm and how much umph is being put out by the engine (i.e. going up hill in 5th at 3k rpm might have it, whereas going down the other side of the mountain in 5th at 3k rpm doesn't).

But your's sounds much different, being inconsistent. I heard it best right in the last bit of the movie, when I had just about given up hearing anything.

Is there some reason you're taking the video from behind the wheel, instead of under the hood. If you can figure out a rough location, that would help someone. Between listening and feeling, you should be able to get pretty close. And even if you can't narrow it down too much, the sound might be clearer.
