Can you use 2006 headlights on 2008 4runner?

I am in love with the angel eye with light bar black housing projector headlights for 2003-2006. I have a 2008. Will these headlights fit on my 2008? Thanks!

You'll need to order new bumper fillers because the bottom of the headlights are straight on the 03-05 4runners.

...... 2006 as you put in the thread title will be a direct fit. Your post said 03 to 06 which is incorrect in that 03 to 05 are the same and 06 to 09 are the same.

Thank you so much for the info! You are correct; i was incorrect. The headlights are 2003-05... not 06. I guess I need to find bumper fillers when they come in. Here's the link to the lights:

Actually, you'll have to modify your grille to make it work. Gap would be left if you put 06+ headlights on an 03-05.

Actually mine is a '08 and I want to put in lights from 03-05. I'm thinking I need to modify grille but looking at pictures... would the hood fit then?

03-05 4runner headlights won't work on a 08 4runner at all since the hood, grill and bumper shapes and sizes are all different, and the connectors are different as well. There are the product photos of both 08 and 03-05 halo projector headlights I got from on a website called Xtralights, take a look at the size of their edges:

Also, the two smaller bulbs use different sockets and will not switch from one series to the other. 9006 to H11 adapters are under $10 on ebay, they probably have H11 to 9006 as well.

Would people please stop saying the hoods are different. They're not. If the hoods were different and you had to change it out then nobody would have done this mod. If you haven't done the mod then why comment.

Light housing, bulbs (not all), Wiring harness, trim piece and grille and bumper are different between the 03-05 and 06-09.
