Will be running a compromised setup with the newly-done bigger tires, though I will bring a 5# sledge with me. That way, I should be able to knock whatever's in the way out of the way!

Also, because Warn makes the world's best winch, mine is in the shop to replace parts that broke prior to me ever actually using it.

I will bring a set of knock-off Maxtrax, though!

Agreed. I've been watching weather for Davis closely, but it's all over the map...

The snow would definitely make things more interesting.

There's a a near-100% chance I'm in for this trip.

I have work appointments I need to take in Smithfield and up on Virginia's Eastern Shore on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I'm tentatively planning on being in the NOVA area by Wednesday evening and making the Thursday morning rendezvous in Haymarket. Anyone have any easy campsite ideas in the area? Otherwise, I may just capitulate to using some Hilton points and staying in a hotel. Likely to be the last shower I get for a while...

I'll be joining [MENTION=137555]Sleeter[/MENTION] and the rest of the BROG folks in Bedford for the Expedition to New Year's trip on Saturday afternoon.

For this trip though, I definitely will be looking forward to joining up with you folks to camp and wheel (what little bit I can accomplish) on Thursday through Saturday.

I should also have a few bundles of wood (and the remnants of a Duraflame tree).

For all, I’ll also have a handful of FRS radios that I’ll be using down in Bedford. Between the veritable clown car of communications options we’ll have (once a Marine communicator, always a Marine communicator…), I think we’ll be plenty in-touch with each other.
