Cannot find this Manik part...

So, I've decided on a Manik grille guard- the two piece type -for my 06 4R.

Thing is, nobody seems to carry them- part number 923-650A. Someone at Manik finally picked up and told me this is the part I need, but I can't reach them again to ask where to purchase the damn thing. Anyone know?
