None of those match mine perfectly the closest one was one inch short can't tell if the flanges will match will one that is that close to the same work? It is hard for me to tell if I can't see it and compare to what I have

So I have tried three different heater cores this week and none of them were right none would work at all has anyone ever changed a heater core in 89 4 runner dlx no rear heat with ac ?

I have an 89 dlx and 9 times out of 10 you're going to get the wrong part if you ask for an 89. I usually just search for an 88.
