Can't find O2 sensor 1998

1998 2wd 4Runner. Got a "check engine" light and the code said it was the top or "bank north" sensor. I can't find the place on the engine block where this things comes out of ..... do I have to remove stuff to get to thgis thing?

o2 sensors are gonna be in the exhaust not the block
