Can’t find this part. Please help :)

I am looking for the retainer socket for the back of the headlamp that snaps into place on the back plastic. It’s the part where the mail end of the metal inserts and snaps into place of the female plastic holder. I can’t find it anywhere on camelback Toyota or any other site.

Mine has become loose and my headlamp keeps falling out of socket. Picture on the bottom shows the rod that inserts into the black clip. I need that clip. Any ideas?

I found the same retainer clip for 92 geo prizm on ebay. I cannot find it at the moment.

Clean the area and add some JB weld.

NAh, you won't find that new anywhere. Toyota thinks it is internal to the headlight housing.

Much clearer now. Edited mine--I was on the wrong track. I'm sorry I can't seem to find that spare headlight can of mine--I should have that piece.

That clip is not available separately, you have to buy the entire housing.

I used a zip tie to hold mine after that clip disintegrated, and it held tight for six months until I would get a new housing...
