.... the holder. Just discovered at my moms tonight and had to drive back with one headlight. Lucky for the corner and fog light. They pull straight out right? I even put it in a vise and pulled. :redbrick:

That's all part of the bulb. It is not designed to come apart. Go to an auto parts store and buy a new H4 bulb, and install it in the headlight housing.

ahhhh the lesson here is next time just walk into autoZone / NAPA and ask for a replacement bulb. Once they hand it to you it will be obvious ....

All those guys are pulling your leg...just have patience...keep trying. I soaked mine in milk to get mine out.
