Can't like a page

Using Chrome version 70 or 71, I can't Like a post. The Like button is now a link, underscored blue and recognized as a link in Chrome, but nothing happens after clicking.

Does anybody experience this also?

This also show the same behavior with Microsoft Edge.

It used to be a button, but with the link, nothing happens. Guys?
