called back the North Carolina Dealer who I started with(got the CO dealer to send me the pricing they promised (without the toyo/sliding rear). For $400 (and 300 miles) more, I'm getting the Toyoguard, and sliding rear cargo again!

NOW I get a call back that they go to take it off the lot for me...its got 4600 demo miles (not that it wouldn't be a used truck eventually, but FML trying to find specific 4Runners. :ybrick:

Negotiate an extended warranty?

pretty minimal, looks like the slider may've saved me more serious damage. (both curtain airbags deployed too). I figure I can always sell the '13 and file diminished value.

That was the one that turned out to have 4600 demo miles on it. Have a deposit on another one (that I verified has only 10 miles on it) also in Charlotte and will be flying our Saturday morning to pick it up! :biggrin1:
