Can't Seem to Wire AOB Just Right

I've been tinkering with an AOB switch for over two months now and can't seem to get one of the wires figured out.

Both dimmer wires (blue/yellow and black) are wired correctly. That part of the switch operates and dims as it should.

The red/yellow wire is running to my relay.

The green/yellow wire is connected to my 12V cigarette lighter.

The auxilliary lights function as they should. The problem is that the upper switch light is on all the time when the car is on, not just when the switch is pressed.

I purchased 3 of these then one more a couple months latter and it had a different pin-out on the pigtail. Was doing what you describe. Should look like this...had to swap 2 wires.
