Can't turn key after reconnecting battery

Hi every one.
I have an issue and I'm looking for help/answers. I've got a 2003 4Runner LTD. About a week ago I got a CD jammed in the JBL stereo (follow me, I'm going somewhere with this). No matter what I tried I couldn't get the CD out. I read somewhere that you could duisconnect the battery, then reconnect and it should eject. Well... I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, but now I can not get the key to turn! WTF?! I tried it several times (with another key too), but it will not budge!

Has any body had an issue like this and/or know of a fix? I've never heard of the ignition cylinder locking up due to a disconnected battery.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... considering my 4Runner is now a brick.
(...and I thought my issues were over after my EPIC Fail with the master cylinder a while back... that only set me back $3500.00 to have it replaced!)

Is your steering wheel locked?....
 
Nope, it's not locked (that was one of the first things I thought of). The key is not moving though, just as if it was locked. I'm stumped. But I know once I realize what the issue is (right after someone throws me the idea ;) ) I'm going to feel soooo stupid.
 
OK, so I knew this would be the case... After checking the codes I came up with an error code: ID10T. Yup, I'm an idiot.
When I tried moving the wheel and turning the key, I failed to take into consideration I was parked in a snow pile! After trying it again, but this time cranking on the wheel, it turned and started right up.
Well, like they say... you can't fix stupid.
