Car turns on then off

I have a 2005 limited and the car will turn on then off, with the dash lights still on. When I go to turn it on again, it works just fine. What would this be? A started problem or ignition? What are yalls thoughts?

I think the dash lights are supposed to stay on for a minute or two after the ignition is turned off.
