It depends on what your plans are with... What do you want to use it for?

I had a MegaWarrior (larger LoadWarrior) before I got the Gobi and it was a great rack, but doesn't have as much capacity as the Gobi.

If it fits your needs and is in decent condition $100 is a great deal.

If the Loadwarrior is close to the size you want, $100 is a great price. I don't think the Yakima's can be extended like the Thule's, so you'd be stuck with the smaller size, but it should still carry a decent amount. Does the price include all mounting gear as well? Yakima is usually solid gear, so you wouldn't be getting junk.

yea it includes all mounting gear. ill most like use it to mount lights, camping gear, high lift, etc. would the standard size be to small?

Well, he's your buddy--isn't he close enough to go take a look at it? Grab some of your camping gear and see how it fits. I think the standard basket is only about 3 1/2 ft. long (maybe four ft.), with the bigger one about 5 ft. or so. I could be wrong on those--it's been a while since I checked on them.

Give him $75 and a case of beer. That way you get a nice rack, and get to drink a couple brews when you pick the rack up :reddance: just don't drink and drive :lookout: :wink2:
