Cargo rack with existing roof rack

I purchased a tent trailer a few months back and as part of the deal, the fellow 4Runner owner threw in a cargo rack. Unfortunately no mounting hardware came with it. Would I just buy some U-bolts and attach it to the rails on the existing factory rack? It doesn't have any markings/brand on it but it's your standard Thule/Yakima-style rack (not full length). Thanks!

I'd do that if you're fairly sure they'll work. I can take a picture of the rack in a bit. But to my original question, do those attach to the factory crossbars?

They have a shape that conforms to the curvature of the factory crossbars. I can take a picture tomorrow to show you and maybe get you some measurements of the brackets.
