Cargo Storage (waterproof)

I have been looking for a light, waterproof solution to carry the things I tend to carry pretty often in the back of my truck.

I have tried a few custom-made solutions, but unfortunately didnt work out too well.

Has anyone tried these products?

SUV Cargo Liner

Cargo Sock, SUV Cargo Liner, compact, standard, full sizes, video demo.

I prefer the cargosock (second link) simply because it can be hosed out.

Opinions?

The cargosock copyright hasnt been updated since 2010. Same with their facebook page so they may not be in business anymore?
