Catalytic converter might be bad

Have to get 2 o2 sensors replaced first then.... if the cat did go Is it worth 600$ labour to get one new part or should I get a whole new exhaust system ??

$600 labor?! You are being ripped off, friend. You can buy a high-flow cat for just over a hundred these days, and any small exhaust shop can put it on with a couple quick welds for a LOT less than $600. An ENTIRE SYSTEM shouldn't be more than around $300 for labor.

I agree with Bucknut. I had my cat go bad last Thanksgiving and just for grins, the dealer quoted me $2000 for their part, which just so happened to be the last one in stock.

I went to my trusty muffler shop and for $350 within an hour or two I was cruising down the road with a high flow cat. It's probably not your sensors (unless you already know they're bad). Just get the cat and be done.
