Cavalry Blue 2018 TRD PRO Sighted

Have one of these available to me at MSRP with November delivery, but wouldn't mind a GX460. I suppose the 4Runner can be sold near MSRP if I don't like it in a year or two.

One of their service advisors told me that they sell them for $100 below MSRP and "don't charge well over MSRP like other dealers in the area."

So much for that!

No question. In fact, you could drive it for 6 months and trade it towards the GX with no loss.

I was hoping for an updated infotainment in the GX. Is it official nothing new for '18?
 
Been lurking on this thread for a while. I actually had that deposit on the Cavalry blue headed into Sunnyvale Toyota, but some last minute personal finances forced me to withdraw it yesterday =(.

They quoted me MSRP +$7,000, which I was pretty floored at before reading through this thread. Apparently will be the first one in the South Bay. I hope one of you jumped on it! Hoping to be back in the market for one come March...and hoping a blue is available.

Smart move. 7k over lol how about you make some phone calls, pay MSRP and you can buy a new Rolex with that 7k lol

Not a fan of Sunnyvale Toyota. Try Toyota of Capitola, if they let you leave a deposit they will sell it to you at MSRP, that dealership has a policy of no mark ups. Warning though, they will take a deposit with no guarantee you will get a truck. They did it to me.
 
Last week I put down a deposit for 18 TRD PRO. Just wasn't sure if i can verify that the dealership is actually getting one in 2 months. Any know if there is a source that can tell me if a dealership actually getting one? Just getting paranoid as i need a car now and got a run around with 17 TRD Prem off road last month ...

What color are you seeking? I know a dealer with a white 17 right now. They also have a white OR premium w kdss.

Thanks for the tip! Glad I followed this thread for all the helpful info. Yeah, I just initially reached out to all dealerships near me and Sunnyvale was the only one confirming they would get one...and this rookie got excited. Definitely going to reach out to them in a few months and make more calls.

Deposit is for the Calvary Blue. Im not in too white or red cars. Just not my thing.
At this point makes more sense to get 18 than 17 . Dealers are not getting any breaks on 17th ...
