CB Install Question

I purchased the single din cb and CD player from this thread:

I'm looking to do a clean install of one above the other in the stock radio location. What will I need to purchase to make it fit correctly?

Also, any suggestion on an antenna and mount? Not wanting something huge ad I still want to be able to park in the garage.

I'm too lazy to get the link but go with firestik, and get the rear mount that outdoor logic make available on toyteclifts.com that's what I would go with. Easy to install and looks good.
