Ya may want to check out the Southern Style Offroad AL bumper. Really well built and clean fitting. I believe they make them for Hefty.

i just ordered a Hefty full aluminum front last week. current wait is around 14 weeks. it looks cleaner and less "over the top" compared to the full brush guards of the cbi, and at 59lbs, hard to beat in terms of weight. there aren't a ton of photos out there, but enough to get a good-enough idea of what it will look like.
i think i like the aesthetics of the low-pro a bit better, but there is more protection, clearance and overall value in a full bumper despite the super aggressive looks.
if anyone has some good hefty gen 5 pictures, please post

I just ordered the Pelfreybilt this morning and Mike was great at answering all my questions. Now let the wait begin to get it in.

To my eye, the small bull bar on the Hefty, and the bumper to facia transition looks a little more attractive compared to Pelfrey. something about the big mesh area on Pelfry looks a bit out of place, but it's a very nice bumper! can't go wrong.

I understand most people buy on looks alone.. and that is clearly subjective.
Nothing lines about on the Preflreybilt to me. It looks completely off with no lines that flow. Don't take offense to this because each person sees aesthetics differently, but it's like nails on a chalkboard to me.
The hefty not only looks good and follows the factory lines of each model (2010-2013, 2014+) but it is built right.
This just looks like it was built for a different truck to me. Maybe a raptor or GMC IDK. Slap a steak on that front grill LOL. Some people love it though.
There is also a big advantage to having plastic between the bumper and the headlights.

Lol you'll need to do a lot more than that to offend me.
I bought the Pelfreybilt because it's what I wanted and I think it looks great. That's the reason there's more than one option on the market for a front bumper, everybody wants something different.

The Pelfreybilt front bumper is definitely not a looker. For me it was an easy way to facelift my pre 2014 5th gen while keeping the weight down. All the other aluminum bumpers required a portion of the 14+ OEM bumper to fit. Super happy with the craftsmanship and quality of it but yeah its a face only a parent could love

That was a huge factor for me too, i have mine mounted on my 2011. I still think it's pretty though :cheer2:
