hmmm. I don't have lights, but I am thinking of buying one of these CBI brackets to put my K40 CB antenna. I have it on the roof now and the freaking thing hits everything. I pulled into the airport central parking garage the other day and it was not pretty.
But The K40 needs a ground plane right? Would it still work if I put it on a bracket like this?

i didnt mention it, BUT I love these brackets. I was always envious of the Heeps when i installed the rigid industries brackets on the windshield. Now i got a set of my own. YEAH happy me.

now i did one better than pictures from driver seat. I did a short video clip. click on the picture below for it to open up for you. little narration, you you get it. after the video, i saw how bad the spots were aimed. so they aimed now.

Those are sweet. I like the spot/flood combo. Really over powers the headlights.
Also your "cutoff" in stock housings looks way better than mine did. Mine threw light all over the world and it was really bad.
Can't wait to get mine done. No chance it's happening today though

Yeah haha I spent the whole morning driving to my uncles house and we got them on in about 45 minutes, just need to wire them up tomorrow. Also it looks A LOT taller without the running boards.

I need to split my wires so I can run the lights on different switches.
