CEL issues

I have a CEL on but no codes. I have read something about the YAW sensor but I dont have any kind of lift and havent changed the suspension or shocks since I have owned the vehicle for the past 2 years. Any idea of whats going on. OH and when I plugged in my OBD 2 code reader to check the codes nothing came up and when I unplugged it the CEL was gone and no I didnt erase anything.

I. Did and nothing shoowed up even tried to pulll up the previous history and nothing. As soon as the cel cut off the trucks idle dropped down to almost stalling then kicked back up but I also have a modded alternator just thught that was weird that it did that after the cel cleared

Nothing, I have a hard time believing that all these members and there isnt anyone who can give me some kind of reasonable answer
