Changing Front Axles: What else should I do while I'm at it?

My CV boots are torn so I'm gonna swap out the front axles. I'm just curious if there are any good preventative maintenance items to take care of while the axles are out? Bushings maybe? Ideas?

1991, 22re, 4x4, 5spd, SR5, 202k mi.
