changing interior lights to led, while trying to take the dome light cover off it feels like im gonna break something. is there an easy way to take this off, as weel with the front two map lights? 05 4runner if it helps.
When I did mine I just gently pried a screwdriver into the map light corner and it popped right out. When you say the whole outside cover do you mean the casing around the lights?
i have tan interior idk if it matters to this, but the tan outer covering outside the plastic covering on the map lights. does the tan need to come off
No that should not come off, just the cover of the lights, it might feel like it will break but as long as you get the screwdriver under the cover it will come off.
