Cheap ECU tuner or Piggyback anyone?

Does anyone know about any other ECU tuners or piggy back systems for the 4.0L V-6 1GRFE? The only one I could find was a UniChip. That was asking about $1400. I really want a tuner afer I find, buy, and install a snorkel. Can anyone help?
